Alicia Molt-West

Alicia Molt-West currently serves as the Senior Director of Policy and Government Affairs at Emerson Collective, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Alicia Molt-West worked at The White House as a Special Assistant to the President and Legislative Affairs Liaison from January 2021 to September 2023 and was involved with the Biden-Harris Transition Team as staff from October 2020 to January 2021. An extensive career in the U.S. House of Representatives spanned over a decade, where Alicia Molt-West held several positions, including Chief of Staff to Representative Lori Trahan, Deputy Chief of Staff/Legislative Director to Congressman Mark Pocan, and Legislative Assistant to Congressman McGovern, among others. Earlier experience includes a Program Assistant role at the Department of State and a Legal Advocate position with Women Empowered Against Violence, Inc. Alicia Molt-West interned in the Office of Senator Barack Obama and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Women's and Gender Studies from the College of the Holy Cross, as well as a Master's degree in Government/Global Security Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
