Rachel Zendt has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to broker services, account management, and operations in the health insurance industry. Rachel is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations for Emerson Rogers, overseeing operations in New Jersey and New York. Prior to this role, they held the position of Manager of Broker Relations at Emerson Rogers, where they managed a team of Broker Consultants and handled escalated issues for brokers. Rachel also has experience working at BenefitPort MidAtlantic, where they served as a Broker Services Manager and a Quality Control Business Developer. Rachel started their career as a Broker Services Representative at Agency Development Corporation. Throughout their career, Rachel has had extensive involvement in new business processing, broker support, and customer service, with a focus on health insurance for small and large groups.
Rachel Zendt obtained a Health and Life Insurance License from Kovatz Health Insurance in 1999. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and Psychology from Elon University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
