Shaun Ihasz has extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Shaun started their career in 2008 as an Assistant Director of Athletic Communications at Sacred Heart University. In 2012, they joined the US Merchant Marine Academy as the Director of Athletic Communications. In 2014, they transitioned to Emerson Rogers, where they held various positions, including Marketing Communications Manager, Director of Marketing, and currently Vice President of Marketing.

Shaun Ihasz completed their education at Sacred Heart University. Shaun earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Sport Management in 2008. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on General Management from the same university. In 2019, Shaun also obtained a certification as an Insurance Broker, specializing in Life, Accident, and Health, from the New York State Department of Financial Services.
