Ann Runner, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for both HVACR Technologies and the Commercial Residential Group at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions since April 2010. Prior to this, Ann held multiple leadership roles at Emerson Climate Technologies, including Human Resources Manager, from June 1997 to April 2010. Ann's career began at Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Bausch & Lomb, where leadership in human resources was established from 1988 to 1997. Ann holds an MBA in Human Resources from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Management/Accounting from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business.
