Bo Stenlev Frederiksen

Bo Stenlev Frederiksen possesses extensive experience in innovation, research and development, and technology management within the marine and industrial sectors. Currently, Bo serves as Director of Innovation & Solution Management at Emerson for Marine Solutions, overseeing multiple product lines, including Valve Remote Control and advanced radar systems. Previous roles at FLSmidth included R&D Director and General Manager for Global R&D & Technology, where Bo managed diverse teams and R&D activities across multiple product companies in the mining and cement industries. Alongside current board membership at Frugal Technologies ApS, Bo holds an M.B.A. from Copenhagen Business School and has contributed to academia as a teacher in Digital Signal Processing.
