Claudio Fayad

Claudio Fayad holds extensive experience in technology leadership, primarily at Emerson, where from August 2016 to March 2025, responsibilities included serving as CTO for Aspen Technology and Vice President of Technology for Process Systems and Solutions, overseeing global development teams for the DeltaV distributed control and safety systems. Prior to Emerson, Claudio Fayad worked at Smar from January 1994 to May 2006, advancing from Engineering Internship to Global Sales and Engineering Director, gaining hands-on experience with control systems and PLCs. Academic credentials include a Post-MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, focusing on leadership, strategy, and finance.
