Darin Pauley

Darin Pauley is the Vice President of Human Resources for Discrete Automation at Emerson, where they lead the HR strategy for 11,000 employees across three global regions, managing a platform revenue of $2 billion. With nearly 20 years of experience, Darin previously founded and served as Managing Director of The Dynasty Study, focusing on organizational development and talent strategy. They have also held key HR positions at GE Healthcare, where they oversaw multiple divisions, as well as various roles at Emerson, including Senior HR Analyst and Global HR Director. Darin's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Human Resource and Industrial Relations and ongoing doctoral studies in Clinical and Developmental Psychopathology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
