Ellen Sullivan

Ellen Sullivan is an experienced human resources and talent management professional with a proven track record in strategic planning and organizational development. Since joining Emerson in June 2014, Ellen has held various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources and Director of Talent Management, where responsibilities have included designing talent management strategies, enhancing organizational capability, and managing critical acquisitions. Prior experience at Lincoln Electric as a Sales Engineer and Account Manager strengthened skills in customer relationship management and technical assistance. Ellen holds an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
