Kevin Rhodes

Kevin Rhodes has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles since joining Emerson in October 2008, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources for Ridge Tool (RIDGID). Prior to this, Kevin Rhodes worked at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions from June 1991 to 2008, where responsibilities included human resources management for multiple manufacturing sites, overseeing HR, safety, security, and employee relations for organizations ranging from 100 to over 1,000 employees. Kevin Rhodes holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the State University of New York College at Potsdam and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
