Manuela Hotima

Manuela Hotima is currently the Manager of the Project Management and Control Group at Emerson, a position held since 2023. Previously, Manuela worked at Emerson Process Management as an iCenter Project Manager and served as a Business Administration Team Leader and Service Order Administrator. From 2021 to 2023, Manuela was the Project Management Team Leader at Emerson Automation Solutions, where they also held the role of Project Manager and HW Deliveries Coordinator. Earlier in their career, Manuela was an Assistant Manager at Santemed Resources from 2010 to 2011. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and a degree in Human Resources Management from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca.
