Michelle Morgan is an experienced HRIS Project Manager and Business Analyst with a career spanning over three decades in various roles related to human resources and business analysis. Currently at Emerson since May 2015, Michelle has contributed significantly to HRIS initiatives. Prior to this, at Graybar from 2006 to May 2015, responsibilities included analyzing Affirmative Action data and ensuring compliance with Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action laws. Earlier experience at Aon Hewitt (1992-2005) involved multiple positions, including Business Analyst and Health Plan Consultant, where Michelle focused on client relationships and benefits administration. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Carthage College.
