Josh Van Grover, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management & Development from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Rutgers University. Currently serving as the HRIS Administrator at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York since July 2022, Josh has previously held positions including Office Manager & HR Associate at The Independent and Human Resources Specialist at Valentino and Moncler. With a history of working as an HR Consultant for various organizations, such as the NYC Department of Education and Access Now, Josh has expertise in onboarding, compliance, employee performance programs, and process improvement.
