Nate Marchant is the Director of Global Operations Programs at Emerson, overseeing global inventory, S&OP, and digital transformation implementation. Currently responsible for three factories across North America and Germany, Nate manages a team of 180 individuals and a $120 million P&L. Previously, Nate worked as a Process Engineer at Suncor Energy and completed an internship in the General Management Development Program at Danaher Corporation. Nate earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
