Raj Purushothaman

Raj Purushothaman currently serves as Vice President of Manufacturing and Facilities for the Emerson Test & Measurement Division, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Raj spent nearly three decades at National Instruments, culminating in the position of Senior Vice President, Global Manufacturing, Procurement and Facilities, where responsibilities included the oversight of manufacturing strategies and facilities in Hungary and Malaysia. Raj held several leadership roles at NI, including Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Managing Director of NI Penang, focusing on supply chain, manufacturing, and R&D. Additional contributions include serving as CEO 2.0 Faculty at Universiti Sains Malaysia, board membership at Penang Science Cluster, and participation on the management committee of the Penang Skills Development Center. Raj's academic background includes degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and the University of Calicut.
