Rich Bowles

Rich Bowles is an experienced engineering supervisor currently serving as a Principal Engineer for Pressing and Holemaking Products at Emerson, where they manage product development activities and oversee an engineering Co-Op program. With a background in new product development for industrial quality products, Rich has worked with international divisions across Asia, Europe, and North America, serving as a liaison and communication link. Rich has co-invented 14 U.S. patents and specializes in mechanical engineering, product design, and team leadership. Prior to their current role, Rich held various engineering positions at major companies, including Caterpillar and Elwell Parker, and earned a BME in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.
