Theodore Tripoli

Theodore Tripoli is an experienced manager and mentor who has progressed through various engineering roles to become the Senior Design Engineering Manager at Emerson. Previously, Theodore served as General Manager and Engineering Manager at UE Compression, where they oversaw significant business operations and improvements. With a background that includes positions such as Product Engineering Manager and Senior Project Engineer, Theodore has a strong foundation in engineering, design, and project management, along with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
