Tom Dillavou

Tom Dillavou is a results-oriented business leader with extensive experience in financial strategy and operations. Currently serving as the Global Director of Accredited Service Program and Parts Operations at Emerson, Tom develops and implements global service programs while driving significant cost reductions. Previously, Tom held various leadership roles, including General Manager and WW Director of Finance, showcasing a strong track record in P&L management and cross-functional team leadership. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
