Yicheng Pan

Yicheng Pan is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. At Emerson, from February 2018 to July 2021, Yicheng served as the Global Engineering Director for Gas Analysis, overseeing the development of engineering and design teams and shaping the product design vision. Previous roles included Software Engineering Manager for Plantweb Applications, responsible for guiding software development teams in Austin and Manila, and managing the Connected Services development organization in Singapore. Earlier career highlights include serving as Division Manager for Smart System Solutions at the Institute for Information Industry, a Research & Teaching Assistant at Southern Illinois University, and Project Manager/Associate Engineer at the Industrial Technology Research Institute. Yicheng holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Science from Southern Illinois University and completed a Post Doctoral Fellowship in Intelligent Sensing and Control Systems at The University of Akron.
