Claire is Global Talent Director at Emerton group. Claire has a background in Common and Civil law. After years of practice on different continents, she stepped into Talent management by developing international programmes for a university, attracting high-level academics and professionals.

Passionate about people and building teams she then became an Executive Search headhunter within the Life Sciences industry.

Claire supports the firm’s international development, the growth of its different entities, and of its multidisciplinary teams.
