Alyssa Pausha

Alyssa Pausha began their work experience as a Sales Associate at Nike Clearance Center in 2015, where they managed product flow and provided extensive customer service. Alyssa then worked as a Server at Buckeye's Lakeside Pub and Grill, where they prioritized tasks and initiated difficult conversations with superiors. Alyssa also gained experience as a Manual Laborer at Sawall Property Management.

In 2017, Alyssa became an Intramural Supervisor and Referee at the University of Minnesota Recreation and Wellness, where they maintained order and enforced rules in high volume environments. Alyssa also worked as a Peer Assistant in the Supply Chain Operations Department at the University of Minnesota, providing support to students and offering feedback on assignments.

Alyssa interned at Best Buy in 2019, participating in the Summer Development Series and virtually connecting with the Procurement team. Alyssa also fostered relationships with third-party providers and presented research findings to Senior Directors during their internship at Best Buy.

From 2020 to 2022, Alyssa was a Demand Planner and Purchaser for Raw Material at Cargill, where they communicated forecast changes, analyzed data, and collaborated with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to fulfill raw material requirements.

Currently, Alyssa works as a Sales Ops Analyst at Emesent, starting in 2022.

Alyssa Pausha pursued their education at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business. Their field of study focused on Supply Chain Operations Management and Corporate Environmental Management. Additionally, they attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2019 to 2020, earning a Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
