Charles W. Miller

Charles W. Miller has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Charles W. began their career as the Director of Operations at Rogers Communications in 1999. From there, they served as the President and CEO of RecoverCorp Inc., where they implemented a successful growth strategy and led the acquisition of a competitor.

Miller then joined DynaVenture Corp as the COO, later being promoted to CEO. In this role, they oversaw a major organizational restructuring and alignment of nine independent companies. Charles W. championed a robust leadership model and streamlined business plans, values, and long-term goals.

Following their time at DynaVenture Corp, Miller served as the Managing Director on a contract basis at Corporate Finance Associates, providing high-level leadership to middle-market business owners during major transactions.

Charles W. then joined Single Cup Coffee as the Chief Operating Officer, where they quickly rose through the ranks after being initially hired as the VP of Operations. Miller led a successful turnaround at the company.

Miller's next role was at Sensors & Software Inc., where they served as the President and Chief Operating Officer. Charles W. was personally approached by the company's Founder and CEO to restore employee trust and revamp the corporate culture. Miller successfully transformed the organization into a networked environment focused on making faster decisions, positive process changes, and enhancing customer relationships.

Charles W. then joined Leading Edge Geomatics as the President and CEO, where they led the company for three years before moving on to become a Strategic Advisor at Aethon Aerial Solutions.

Currently, Miller holds the position of President and COO at Emesent, where they began in October 2022.

Charles W. Miller completed select coursework within the Business Administration & Psychology program at York University from 1988 to 1991.
