Cody Parker

Cody Parker, CPACC, possesses extensive experience in project management and operations within the retail and tech industries. Currently serving as Project Manager at eMetric since July 2015, Cody is responsible for devising plans and schedules for multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable tasks. Previously, Cody held various roles at eMetric, including Software Quality Assurance Analyst and Support Specialist, where responsibilities ranged from ensuring compliance with standards to creating training programs for support teams. Prior experience includes roles as a Logistics Senior Team Leader at Academy Sports + Outdoors, where Cody implemented shrink prevention processes, and as a Delivery Operations Intern at H-E-B, focusing on optimizing delivery systems. Cody’s earlier work as Team Lead in the footwear department at Academy Sports + Outdoors included training associates and significantly reducing shrink through innovative auditing processes. Cody holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
