Pavlos Baffes

Pavlos joined EMI Advisors as a Data Visualization Analyst in 2021. He graduated from the University of Maryland in December 2020 with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Astronomy.

As an undergraduate, Pavlos led a team that used options data for a local volatility model to track future gains of the S&P 500. He also participated in a team that recorded data and modelled the light curve of a Near-Earth asteroid.

In his free time, Pavlos loves to play basketball and practice Karate.
