Erin Katherine is an experienced account manager currently serving the TX and UT market at EMI Health since April 2022. Prior to this role, Erin held various positions at PlanSource from January 2018 to April 2022, including Technical Account Manager and Benefits Configuration Analyst, with promotions reflecting advanced responsibilities in support management and benefit analytics. Erin began a career in benefits implementation as a Benefits Implementation Specialist at OneDigital Health and Benefits, following an initial role as Benefits Administration Assistant at Corporate Health Systems Inc. Erin has a diverse background in performance arts, having been an independent contractor with the Minnesota Opera and Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra, along with serving as a voice mentor at BYU-Idaho. Erin holds a Bachelor of Musical Arts in Operatic Performance from Brigham Young University - Idaho, completed in 2011.
