Monika Briggs Luing has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and financial sectors, currently serving as Accounts Receivable Supervisor at EMI Health since October 2007. In this role, Monika is responsible for verifying and posting business transaction details, preparing monthly billing statements, and reconciling bank statements. Prior experience includes roles as Account Manager, specializing in customer service and operational procedures within the context of the Affordable Care Act, and Administrative Assistant Supervisor, supporting senior executives and managing policy changes. Additionally, Monika worked as a Membership Accountant at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah, where responsibilities included maintaining eligibility and providing customer service. Earlier experience also includes a position as a Dental Assistant at Jordan River Dental. Monika holds an Associate degree in General Studies and a Certificate in Dental Assisting, both from Salt Lake Community College.
