Mateo Cavasotto

Mateo Cavasotto is the Co-Founder and CEO of Emi Labs. Emi Labs is a company that helps other companies hire better candidates faster in frontline positions. They focus on hourly positions where no software supports the recruitment cycle. The company is backed by Y-Combinator, Khosla Ventures, and Merus Capital.

Mateo Cavasotto has also worked as the Country Manager for Argentina at Trocafone, Inc. and as a Senior Analyst at Quasar Builders. Mateo has also interned at Hexacta.

Mateo Cavasotto studied Industrial Engineering at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 2008 to 2013. Mateo then did an exchange semester at the Politecnico di Milano.

Mateo Cavasotto is the co-founder and CEO of a small team. The team reports to him and consists of Andrés Arslanian (co-founder and CTO) and Benjamin Echagüe (head of customer success).
