Sean Dempsey

Sean Dempsey is a seasoned venture capital professional with extensive experience in early-stage investments, currently serving as Co-founder and Managing Partner at Merus Capital since January 2008. Dempsey is actively involved on multiple boards, including Emi Labs, Shelterluv, NextRoll, TapResearch, and previously Womply and AllClear ID. Additionally, Dempsey holds a position as a Board Observer for Censia and serves on the Limited Partner Advisory Committee for StoryHouse Ventures. Prior to this, Dempsey worked in corporate development at Google. Academic credentials include a BA in Economics, Environment, Politics, and French from Claremont McKenna College.
