Sita Peacock

Sita Peacock has a diverse and extensive work experience in the music publishing and book publishing industries. Sita began their career as a Corporate Attorney at Oxford University Press in 1990 and later transitioned to become the Director of Legal at Simon and Schuster in 1993. In 2000, they joined BMG Columbia House as an Executive Director, where they stayed until 2006. Sita'smost recent position was as the Vice President of Business Development at EMI Music Publishing, which they held from 2006 onwards.

Sita Peacock earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Oxford. Sita then furthered their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in the same field. Later, they pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Cambridge from 1988 to 1990.
