Ashok P. is the President & Founder of the Emerging Markets Investors Alliance (EMIA), a non-profit organization that enables institutional emerging market investors to support good governance, promote sustainable development, and improve investment performance. With a background in investment analysis focused on emerging market debt and equities, Ashok has held various senior analyst roles at companies such as AIG and Invesco US. Ashok also has experience in the US Department of the Treasury as an International Economist, advising on economic policy towards East Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia. Additionally, Ashok has taught responsible investing in emerging markets at the Thunderbird School of Global Management as an Adjunct Instructor.
