Pavel Laberko, CFA, FDP, is an experienced investment manager and analyst specializing in ESG and positive impact investing in emerging and frontier markets. They have a successful track record in fund management and research, with previous roles including Portfolio Manager at Alfa Capital and Fund Manager at UBP. In their last position, Pavel covered emerging markets (excluding Asia) and Africa, where they launched and managed funds that consistently achieved top quartile results. Currently, as Director at the Emerging Markets Investors Alliance, Pavel continues to enhance their expertise in ESG investing and sustainability practices while pursuing a Master of Public Administration at the State University of New York at Albany.
