Andrea Carbert serves as the AVP of Strategic Initiatives, Solutions & Proposals at Emids since April 2022, where responsibilities include leading Analyst Relations and the Solutions & Proposals Team to develop innovative solutions for the company's future. With extensive experience in project management, Andrea previously held various roles at Macadamian from December 2010 to March 2022, culminating as Lead Project Manager, overseeing complex software projects in the healthcare sector. Earlier roles include co-ordinating significant IS change programs at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association and supporting multiple projects using PRINCE2 methodology at other organizations. Andrea holds an Honours B.A. in Classical Studies from the University of Ottawa and has participated in an international exchange program in the same field at the University of Reading.
