As Chief People Officer for Emids, Pradipta Banerjee is responsible for the growth and development of Emids’ culture that encourages the empowerment and engagement of all employees. With over 20 years of experience with multiple global organizations, Pradipta aims to create opportunities that holistically advance and strengthen Emids’ human capital.

As a strategic partner, he works closely with business leaders to align Emids’ talent strategy to business outcomes. In his current work at Emids, he leverages leadership and talent practices to create a human work environment in the digital age, fueling Emids’ differentiation and improving client partnerships. Prior to joining Emids, Pradipta led various leadership roles in CGI across APAC and Canada.
