Andreas Guldin is the co-founder and CEO of Emil Capital Partners. Andreas has over 25 years of experience in the retail and consumer goods industries.

Prior to Emil Capital Partners, Andreas served as Chief Strategy Officer and Vice Chairman of The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company from May 2007 to December 2010. Andreas was responsible for the company's turnaround strategy and led the successful sale of the company to a private equity consortium.

From July 2005 to April 2007, Andreas was Co-CFO of Tengelmann (Holding), a German conglomerate with interests in retail, real estate, and industry. Andreas was responsible for the group's finance, accounting, and IT functions.

From May 1995 to March 2005, Andreas served as Chief Financial Officer of E. Breuninger GmbH, a leading German department store chain. Andreas was responsible for all aspects of the company's finances, including financial planning, reporting, and control.

Andreas began their career as a management consultant with CSC Index and PA Consulting Group. Andreas holds a degree in business administration from the University of Cologne.
