Liuba Mamonova

Liuba Mamonova, PgMP, PMP, PEng, currently serves as the Director of Digital Transformation at Eminence Organic Skin Care, overseeing the integration of eCommerce, CRM, and ERP systems. Previous experience includes a Senior Director role at Westland Insurance Group Ltd., where Mamonova managed major projects and developed strategic initiatives. At Vancity, Mamonova transformed a 70-person team within the PMO, significantly improving engagement and reducing costs. Additional roles include Senior PMO Manager at the City of Vancouver, Senior Project/Program Manager at Finastra, and Management Consultant/Project Leader at StraNexus Inc., with responsibilities ranging from managing large capital portfolios to implementing complex projects across multiple industries. Mamonova holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and has completed executive education programs at MIT Sloan School of Management and Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business.
