Malti Nijhowne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and sales management across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at Eminence Organic Skin Care since August 2021, Malti previously held the role of Senior Global Operations & Sales Manager at Native Shoes, where significant revenue growth was achieved through strategic partnerships with international distributors and retailers. Prior to that, Malti was a Senior Operations Manager at Holt Renfrew, successfully modernizing a luxury department store.
