As Executive Chairman and Founder of the Emirates American Football League since 2012, Cherniawski has cultivated a community-focused organization that promotes American football in the UAE. In addition, Cherniawski served as Commercial Director at Enviroserve UAE, where responsibilities included driving revenue in the electronic waste and recycling sectors. Previous roles include Co-Founder of SymbiAudit Holdings, Evergreen Sports Programming Ltd., and Principal at GreenWave Capital, focusing on green technologies and sustainability initiatives. Cherniawski's career in sports began as a professional athlete with the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the Canadian Football League, following collegiate play at the University of British Columbia, where Cherniawski earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
