Prayush Gupta

Prayush Gupta is an experienced finance and technology professional currently serving as Vice President of Product Development for micro and small medium enterprises (mSMEs) at Emirates Development Bank (EDB) since March 2023. In this role, Prayush is responsible for managing digital banking solutions and developing a digital ecosystem app aimed at simplifying business operations. Previously, Prayush worked as Analytics Lead at Wio UAE, where a fully digital lending tech infrastructure was crafted, and as Credit Risk Analytics Lead at Pine Labs, establishing a framework for merchant lending. Other notable positions include Manager of Data Science & Analytics at TransUnion CIBIL Limited, where significant contributions to credit risk scorecards were made, and Data Scientist at Seynse Technologies Pvt Ltd, focusing on alternative data for credit risk management.
