Cheikh Nassib Harmouch is an experienced senior manager with over 26 years in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Senior Manager at EKFC since October 1997, overseeing F&B operations at Dubai International Airport terminals and lounges. In the role of Senior Food and Beverage Manager, Harmouch has successfully managed operations for various airlines, including Emirates, British Airways, KLM, Air France, Gulf Air, Lufthansa, and Malaysian Airlines, leading a team of up to 1,000 employees. Harmouch holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Ecole Hoteliere de Liban and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics from Tannoukieh National School.
