Director - Head of Customer Success at Emirates HR

Mike Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Mike'smost recent position is as the Director and Head of Customer Success at EmiratesHR, where they oversee customer satisfaction and success. Prior to that, they served as the Director and Head of Implementation at the same company.

Before joining EmiratesHR, Mike worked as the Head of Client Management at Plan b Technology Services & Business Consulting, where they were responsible for maintaining client relationships and optimizing operational processes. Mike also automated and improved existing procedures through software solutions.

Earlier in their career, Mike held various senior roles, such as the Regional Director for the Middle East and APAC at SGP Technology, where they managed business operations, developed client relationships, and streamlined delivery teams and services. Mike also served as an Account Director at Pontoon Solutions, leading a regional team and overseeing stakeholder management, client relationships, talent acquisition, and operations.

Additionally, Mike gained experience in resourcing and people management during their time at Goldman Sachs as the Regional Firmwide Resourcing Lead. Mike implemented a structured resourcing division and developed strategies for regional resourcing and people management.

Prior to that, Mike worked at Barclays Investment Bank as an Assistant Vice President in Human Resources and at Hays as an Account Manager and Consultant.

Mike started their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Genesis Solutions Ltd and as a Business Development Executive at The Royale International Group.

Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated strong leadership, operational management, client relationship management, and talent acquisition skills. Mike has also shown a deep understanding of HR processes and labor laws.

From 2003 to 2007, Mike Wilson attended Leeds Beckett University. Mike obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business during this time.
