Xeniya Bandel

Xeniya Bandel has a diverse work experience in the field of Quality Assurance (QA) engineering. Xeniya started their career in 2004 as a QA engineer at ISD, working on the BloodBank&Donor project until 2006. Xeniya then joined ActForex in 2006 as a Senior QA Engineer, where they worked until 2011.

In 2011, Xeniya joined Ciklum as a Senior QA Engineer and Team Lead. In this role, they led a team of 8 people and was responsible for testing web-based applications, including the Admin project. Xeniya also created reports on testing status, test plans, test cases, and conducted various types of testing. Additionally, they reviewed and enhanced the QA process and researched tools for automation testing.

From 2014 to 2018, Xeniya worked as a freelance Senior QA Engineer, gaining experience in various projects. In 2016, they briefly worked at noon as a Senior QA Engineer and Test & Release Manager.

Xeniya then joined Al Tayer Group in 2017 as a Senior QA Engineer until 2019. During this time, they contributed their expertise in quality assurance.

In 2019, Xeniya joined Expo 2020 Dubai as a Senior QA Engineer. Xeniya worked there until 2020 when they transitioned to EmiratesHR as a Senior QA Engineer and QA Lead, where they currently work.

Throughout their career, Xeniya has shown expertise in QA engineering, leadership, team management, testing web-based applications, creating test documentation, coordinating activities between departments, and teaching newcomers. Xeniya is experienced in various testing methodologies and tools like Selenium IDE, Selenium WebDriver, and SoapUI.

Xeniya Bandel currently holds a master's degree in Physics from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet.
