Rashed Kharbash

Rashed Kharbash, MBA, serves as a Senior Operation Officer at Emirates Insurance Company since January 2018, where responsibilities include contact resolution for requests, motor renewal processes, leads generation, and complaint management, alongside implementing contact center policies and improving operational efficiencies.
