Ali Sharif

Ali Sharif is currently the Head of Performance & Compensation at Emirates Investment Authority. Prior to this role, Ali served as the SVP - Human resources business partner at ALDAR and as the Vice President Human Resources at Deyaar Development PJSC. With a background in Human Resources Management, Ali has also held positions at Nakheel and holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
