Mubarak Al Mansouri is currently the CEO of Emirates Investment Authority since May 2008. Prior to this role, they served as the Governor of the Central Bank of The UAE from September 2014 to April 2020. Before that, they were the Director General at Abu Dhabi Pension Fund from 2000 to 2008 and the Deputy Director at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority from 1991 to 2000. They have a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana State University and an MBA from the University of West Florida.

Emirates Investment Authority (EIA) is the only Sovereign Wealth Fund of the Federal Government of the United Arab Emirates. Established in 2007, the EIA has actively sought unique investment opportunities locally, regionally and internationally, focusing on investing in asset classes that will help strengthen and diversify the UAE economy. Its primary directive is to manage the sovereign wealth of the UAE by investing in a diversified portfolio of assets in key economic sectors and industries with the aim of delivering sustained financial gains for the UAE.
