Wasim Saifi

Wasim Saifi currently serves as the Deputy CEO of Consumer Banking and Wealth Management at Emirates Islamic, a position held since September 2010. Prior to this role, Wasim was the Chief Executive Officer at Best Finance Company Ltd. from April 2017 to April 2018, where significant improvements led to the company’s ability to acquire another organization within a year, following a revival effort supported by new investors. From December 2005 to March 2017, Wasim worked as the Deputy General Manager at VIBOR Society Development Bank Limited, overseeing multiple departments including Operations, Credit, Human Resources, Administration, and Marketing, and previously held the role of Regional Control Officer. Wasim holds a Master of Business Study (M.B.S.) in Finance and completed the SLC in General Studies at Tal Barahi Higher Secondary School.
