Ajay Kumar LSSBB, PMP, ACP, RMP, SAFe®, ASM, ITIL® 4 is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leading IT service management and operations across multiple organizations, including Emirates NBD and Coforge. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of IT Service Management at Emirates NBD since June 2015, Ajay has successfully implemented ITIL frameworks and spearheaded innovative solutions that align with business objectives. Previous roles include Associate Vice President and Senior Project Manager, demonstrating a strong background in IT transformations, change and release management, and software delivery. Ajay holds a leadership program degree from INSEAD and a B Tech in Computer Science from Thompson Rivers University.
