Akhil Mittal is an experienced software engineer with a robust background in leading technology initiatives within the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Engineering Manager at Emirates NBD since April 2019, Akhil has been instrumental in developing the Liv Digital Lifestyle Online Bank leveraging a modern technology stack that includes Java 10, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Prior to this role, Akhil worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Software Engineer and at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to various applications focused on incident management and credit risk assessment.
