Geeta Khatwani is a Generative & Agentic AI Specialist with Leadership & Management at Emirates NBD, responsible for leading innovative Generative AI projects that have transformed customer interactions and internal processes. With a strong foundation in technology, Geeta has previously worked as a Technical Engineer at Emirates and as a Senior Software Engineer at Sky News Arabia, where management of mobile software design and development led to significant cost reductions. Additionally, Geeta served as a Technical Team Lead at Thomson Reuters, overseeing the development of a critical publication authority control application for the legal sector. Geeta holds a degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Bangalore University and a BE in IT from Nagpur University.
