My journey in the design space includes orchestrating impactful user experiences at WeLab, a prominent fintech entity spanning Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Indonesia. Proficient in technical and design facets, I lead the development and integration of web and app components within our core design system, elevating our team's prowess in innovation and efficiency.

My role extends to conducting meticulous audits of web products, championing the adoption of web standards, and ensuring design excellence across internal and external products. Advocating fervently for design consistency, I strive to maintain a unified and cohesive brand identity across all WeLab Business products.

In the realm of UX research, I leverage a spectrum of qualitative and quantitative methods to fathom user needs, behaviors, and motivations. These insights are translated into actionable solutions that shape the future of our products.

Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universitas Bina Nusantara, and Double Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences - Human-Computer Interaction from UC Berkeley, and currently pursuing an MBA in Business Risk, Finance and Customer Experience Service Design from Bandung Institute of Technology, along with a Stanford GSB Professional Certificate in Business Program, I am always a passionate explorer for new challenges and eager to acquire new skills in the ever-evolving landscapes of product design and UX research.
