Leslie Isaac

Leslie Isaac currently serves as the Acting Chief Operating Officer at Emirates Islamic since January 2025, overseeing IT, Operations, and Business Transformation. With extensive experience at Emirates NBD since 2008, Leslie has held several senior roles, including EVP and Group Head of Operations and Program Management Office, where responsibilities included governance of group-wide operations and management of key programs. Previous positions include Chief Financial Officer at Tanfeeth and various finance leadership roles at Network International, Mindscape, and Wipro Infotech. Leslie's career began as an Article Clerk at Price Waterhouse, following education at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and St. Xavier's College in Economics.
