Mangesh Jadhav

Mangesh Jadhav has over a decade of experience in the banking and fintech sectors, specializing in core banking systems and data migration. Currently serving as Head of Platform - Core Banking at Emirates NBD from September 2021 to March 2024, Mangesh has held various pivotal roles within the same institution, including Senior Platform Owner and Platform Owner for Core Banking. Prior to that, Mangesh worked at RBL Bank as Head of Core Banking Transformation and CBS Support Lead, and at Latitude Fintech as Customer Champion & Innovator in Migration. Mangesh also has significant experience with ANZ as Data Migration Head, overseeing Finacle implementation projects, and started professional career at IBM as an Industry Consultant focused on production support for Ratnakar Bank. Mangesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from KJ Somaiya Engineering College.
